Key Responsibilities • Provide strategic leadership for the day-to-day technical operations of the hospital., • Partner with the practice owner, COO, and hospital manager to establish priorities, drive growth, and achieve operational excellence., • Onboard, coach, mentor, and retain an exceptional veterinary team., • Foster a culture of accountability, communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement., • Develop efficient systems to enhance patient care, client service, and team productivity., • Lead performance management, employee development, and ongoing training initiatives., • Ensure an outstanding client experience while maintaining high standards of patient care.Our Core Values Transparency and Trust — We build strong relationships through honesty, integrity, and open communication. Compensation & Benefits • Competitive wages based on experience, • Comprehensive benefits package, • NY credentialing dues and license, • Paid time off and paid holidays, • Continuing education allowance and CE days, • Employee pet care discountQualifications, • Active and in good standing NYS Veterinary Technician license, • Minimum of 3 years of team lead management experience required., • Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing veterinary technical teams., • Strong experience in anesthetic procedures (surgery, dentistry, etc.), • Interest and experience working with exotic patients (avian, companion mammals, and reptiles), • Experience improving operational efficiency and team performance., • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills., • Experience with Vetspire practice management software preferred but not required., • Interest and experience in holistic medicine and rehabilitation cases (water treadmill) is preferred, but not required.Ready to Lead?
