A growing food manufacturer is seeking an experienced Fabricator / Sanitary Welder to support Engineering and Maintenance. This is a hands-on role for someone capable of independently taking stainless-steel fabrication projects from layout and fabrication through welding, finishing, installation, and turnover. The ideal candidate has advanced sanitary welding and stainless-steel fabrication experience and can serve as a technical resource within the plant. Responsibilities • Fabricate, modify, install, and repair stainless-steel equipment, piping, tanks, conveyors, platforms, guarding, hoppers, and other components., • Perform high-quality TIG and MIG welding, including thin-gauge and sanitary stainless applications., • Lay out, cut, form, grind, polish, passivate, and finish stainless steel and other metals., • Read blueprints, weld symbols, P&IDs, schematics, and engineering drawings., • Build components from drawings and field measurements., • Support equipment installations, utility tie-ins, capital projects, and equipment upgrades., • Fabricate replacement parts to reduce equipment downtime., • Apply sanitary design standards using 304/316L stainless and food-grade materials., • Support troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement., • Mentor less-experienced fabricators and maintenance technicians. Qualifications • 7+ years of hands-on welding and fabrication experience., • 3+ years in food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, or another sanitary manufacturing environment., • Advanced TIG and MIG stainless-steel welding skills., • Experience with sanitary tubing, Tri-Clamp fittings, weld ferrules, and butt welds., • Strong stainless-steel layout, fabrication, grinding, polishing, and finishing skills., • Ability to independently complete fabrication projects., • Ability to read engineering drawings, weld symbols, and P&IDs., • Knowledge of sanitary design, GMPs, food safety, and CIP systems., • AWS D1.6 or ASME Section IX certification is a strong plus., • Orbital welding experience preferred. Location: Bergen County, NJ Day Shift: $25-$40/hour + Benefits Night Shift: $30-$45/hour + Benefits A growing, established food manufacturer is seeking experienced Electrical Technicians for day and night shifts. This is a true industrial electrical and controls role for technicians who enjoy troubleshooting complex equipment and want broad exposure to automation. You'll work with 480V systems, PLCs, VFDs, motor controls, HMIs, robotics, instrumentation, servos, and automated production equipment while serving as a key electrical resource for Maintenance and Production. Responsibilities Troubleshoot 480V three-phase systems, VFDs, motor controls, and automated equipment. Diagnose PLC-controlled equipment using I/O and ladder logic. Troubleshoot Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLC/HMI systems. Support robotics, servo drives, sensors, instrumentation, and safety circuits. Perform electrical preventive maintenance and root-cause troubleshooting. Read electrical schematics and maintain technical documentation. Partner with Production and Maintenance to safely minimize downtime. Qualifications 3+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience. Strong troubleshooting skills with 480V, VFDs, motor controls, and PLC-controlled equipment. Ability to read electrical schematics and independently diagnose equipment issues. Knowledge of industrial automation, instrumentation, and machine safety. Food or beverage manufacturing experience strongly preferred. Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens experience preferred. Robotics and servo experience is a plus. NJ electrical license, journeyman card, or apprentice registration is a plus, not required. Why Join?
