The Role: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Designer & Creator Intern to join our marketing team. You will design and produce visual content that engages our global community of hospitality professionals and students across our key social channels. This is a hands-on role where your ideas and creativity will have a real impact, working within a supportive, international team. Responsibilities: Content Design: Create engaging visuals and graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, following brand guidelines and the social media calendar. Video Editing: Edit short-form videos and reels for social media using established templates, with support from the team. Social Media: Assist with planning, scheduling, and publishing content across channels. Metrics: Track and report on content performance across social platforms. Content Support: Assist with blog and campaign materials for both B2C and B2B platforms, ensuring timely publication. AI-Assisted Content Creation: Use LLM tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) to draft, iterate, and repurpose content — including captions, blog posts, and campaign copy — adapting outputs to match brand voice and audience. Influencer Marketing: Support the identification, outreach, and coordination of influencer partnerships; assist with briefing, content review, and performance tracking of influencer campaigns. Buscamos una persona creativa, activa y muy conectada con las tendencias y el lenguaje actual de plataformas como TikTok, Instagram Reels y YouTube Shorts. No buscamos un filmmaker ni un perfil enfocado en grandes producciones audiovisuales. Queremos a alguien que entienda el contenido rápido y natural que funciona actualmente en redes: una persona capaz de detectar una buena idea, convertirla en un guion atractivo y grabarla de forma ágil, principalmente con smartphone. El objetivo será crear contenido que consiga captar la atención, generar retención y conectar con la audiencia de las diferentes marcas con las que trabajamos. Funciones principales • Buscar tendencias, referencias y nuevos formatos de contenido en redes sociales., • Proponer ideas creativas de vídeos para diferentes marcas y sectores., • Crear guiones para vídeos cortos, trabajando especialmente el hook, storytelling, ritmo y retención., • Grabar contenido para TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories y YouTube Shorts., • Realizar grabaciones principalmente con smartphone, buscando planos y recursos que hagan el contenido dinámico y atractivo., • Dirigir a las personas que aparezcan delante de cámara para conseguir un resultado natural., • Adaptar tendencias y formatos virales a la identidad y objetivos de cada cliente., • Colaborar con el equipo de marketing de Redline Media SL en la creación de campañas y estrategias de contenido., • Realizar ediciones sencillas y ágiles cuando el contenido lo requiera. Requisitos • Experiencia creando contenido para redes sociales., • Buen conocimiento de TikTok, Instagram Reels y formatos de vídeo corto., • Capacidad para crear ideas y convertirlas en guiones de vídeo., • Facilidad y soltura grabando contenido con smartphone., • Conocimientos básicos de iluminación, sonido, encuadre y composición., • Capacidad para detectar tendencias y entender por qué determinados contenidos funcionan., • Perfil creativo, resolutivo, organizado y con iniciativa., • Conocimientos de marketing y comunicación digital., • Capacidad para trabajar con diferentes marcas, estilos y públicos. Se valorará • Experiencia previa trabajando en agencias de marketing o creando contenido para marcas., • Portfolio propio de vídeos para redes sociales., • Experiencia con herramientas de edición como CapCut, Adobe Premiere o similares., • Conocimiento de métricas como retención, engagement, visualizaciones y tiempo de reproducción., • Experiencia creando contenido que haya conseguido buenos resultados orgánicos., • Soltura tanto detrás de cámara como dirigiendo a otras personas durante una grabación. ¿Qué buscamos realmente? We're looking for a Social Media Manager to work directly with an established artist in the international techno scene. This is a hands-on and creative role, not a corporate marketing seat. You'll be shaping how the artist shows up online: their voice, their visuals, their story. What you'll do: • Write captions, story copy, and on-screen text/overlays following the artist’s tone of voice, • Design and edit carousels for weekend shows, monthly tour dates, and major events, • Concept and produce short-form video content (Reels/TikTok) from raw footage, • Track performance and adjust content strategy based on what's actually working, • Stay organized across a content calendar spanning multiple shows and release cycles What you bring: • Strong knowledge of social media, Instagram, and Tik Tok, • A sharp eye for visual aesthetics and what stops the scroll, • Strong writing instincts — able to adapt tone and match someone else's voice, not just your own, • Working knowledge of CapCut required; Adobe Premiere Pro a strong plus, • Comfort reading analytics and translating them into next steps, not just reporting numbers, • Self-organized, deadline-driven, low need for hand-holding Requirements: • Based in Barcelona, • Available for in-person meetings at least twice a week in Eixample, • Genuine interest in electronic/techno music culture — you'll be immersed in a lot of it, so this should excite you, not feel like a chore Process: After an initial review of applications, shortlisted candidates will be sent a short creative brief and sample media to complete a brief practical task — this is where we'll share more about the artist and project.
