    We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Stock Controller for our Seasonal Department. This is a varied and hands-on role, where you will play an important part in ensuring stock is accurately managed, maintained and distributed across all 6 of our sites. You will be working closely with our Seasonal Department Buyer to support the day-to-day movement of stock throughout the business. This role will include checking deliveries, maintaining accurate stock levels, coordinating transfers between stores and allocating stock to support customer orders and store requirements. Responsibilities would include: · Preparing and collating nationwide & local orders for internal drivers or external couriers. · Informing the web team of all seasonal products sold online to ensure accurate listings. · Planning routes for local drivers and aiding in the loading of stock. · Working with external couriers to ensure deliveries are made in an appropriate time frame. · Managing store transfers between all 6 sites on a weekly basis. · Manual stock taking for certain festive products. · Support the Seasonal Buyer with communicating between branches to ensure weekly top-up orders are completed. · Checking of all incoming Seasonal Department goods. · Support the Seasonal Buyer in raising purchase orders. · Support in the logistics and operations of back of house operations (pricing & categorising products). · Assisting shop floor team where necessary. · Supporting the Seasonal Buyer with set up of new displays and areas where required across all 6 sites. · Communicating with customers when their deliveries arrive at the business. Nice to have: · Previous experience working with various couriers services. · Experience in stock control or inventory management within the retail sector. · Good administrative skills. · Previous experience working within a retail or garden centre environment. · Excellent communication skills and is comfortable liaising with different teams and branches. · Comfortable with a hands-on role, including checking deliveries, moving stock and assisting with warehouse operations. · Strong customer service skills. · Strong attention to detail and accuracy Requirements: · A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.     Job description: Registered Nurse – Longlea Nursing Home Job Summary Longlea Nursing Home is a welcoming 22-bed nursing home dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centred care to older adults with a range of nursing needs. We are seeking a compassionate, professional and motivated Registered Nurse to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe and effective nursing care, promoting residents' independence and dignity, and supporting the overall wellbeing of those living within our home. Working closely with the wider multidisciplinary team, you will help ensure that residents receive the highest standards of care in a warm and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities • Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care in accordance with NMC standards, current legislation and company policies., • Administer and manage medications safely and accurately., • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care plans to meet residents' physical, emotional and social needs., • Monitor residents' health and promptly escalate any concerns or changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals., • Undertake clinical procedures, including wound care, catheter care and other nursing interventions as required., • Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records and documentation., • Promote residents' dignity, privacy, choice and independence at all times., • Work collaboratively with GPs, community nurses, allied healthcare professionals and family members to ensure continuity of care., • Provide leadership and support to care staff, acting as a role model and promoting best practice., • Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control procedures and maintain a safe environment for residents, visitors and colleagues., • Participate in audits, training and continuous quality improvement initiatives., • Support residents and their families with compassion, professionalism and effective communication. Essential Requirements • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)., • Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse, preferably within elderly care, nursing homes or a similar healthcare setting., • Sound clinical knowledge and understanding of medication management., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively., • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team., • Commitment to delivering person-centred care and maintaining high professional standards., • Flexible approach to working shifts, including weekends and bank holidays where required. Desirable Requirements • Experience caring for older adults with complex nursing needs., • Knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements., • Experience in wound management, end-of-life care and dementia care.
