    London

Property Lettings Manager — (Founding Team) London | Hybrid (Remote + Field) | Commission-only | Entrepreneurial Venture *Please read this ad in full before applying.* The journey has already begun, are you ready to jump onboard? King Khawaja Angels is the newly-launched property management and concierge arm of King Khawaja Investments LLP, registered in Mayfair. We're building something from the ground up — a boutique lettings and concierge brand delivered by a team we call our "Angels," backed by AI-driven client communication tools. There is no existing client book to inherit — this is about sourcing, pitching, and closing deals entirely from scratch. A different way of working This is a hybrid role — part remote, part field. We're breaking away from the conventional office model in favour of something more flexible and fluid. You'll stay connected with the team through regular Zoom calls and informal catch-ups at convenient spaces — a local café, lounge, or hotel — to stay aligned on the latest developments. You'll also have exclusive use of our Old Bond Street office to entertain clients for meetings and signings, giving you a prestigious Mayfair address to close deals from. We're not looking to become another high street estate agent. Our vision is to build the biggest virtual lettings management and concierge service in London — and become the market leader in this field. This is not a conventional job. There is no basic salary. This is an opportunity for someone entrepreneurial who wants to build a client base, earn serious commission, and grow with a brand from day one. Who we need • A strong-minded, self-driven individual — not someone looking for a 9-to-5, • Comfortable with the uncertainty and grind of an early-stage venture, • Willing to put in the work to build relationships and win landlords from scratch, with no existing clientele to fall back on — every deal starts from zero, • Experience in lettings/property management preferred, but mindset matters more than CV, • Someone who understands that building something worthwhile takes hustle before it pays off What you'll do • Build a landlord client base from the ground up — sourcing, pitching, onboarding, • Manage the full lettings lifecycle: tenant sourcing, referencing, compliance, renewals, • Represent the brand with a concierge-level standard of service, • Help shape the operational backbone of the business as it scales, • Complete autonomy to steer the business in the direction you believe will drive its success — this isn't a role where you follow a script, it's one where you help write it Rewards Commission-based: 40% for your first 12 months, or your first 25 landlords onboarded — no ceiling on what you can earn • 28 days holiday, • Your birthday off, every year, • Travel opportunities as the business grows, • Training and professional development support, • A genuine seat at the table in a founding team — real equity in the brand's future, not just a job title If you're looking for safety and a guaranteed paycheque, this isn't for you. If you're looking to build something and be rewarded properly for it, we want to hear from you. Love Khawaja's Angels 12 Old Bond St, Mayfair

Self-Employed Sales Executive – Steel Buildings
    2 days ago
    Full-time
    London

Self-Employed Sales Executive – Steel Buildings About South West Steel Buildings South West Steel Buildings Ltd is a growing supplier of British-manufactured steel buildings, providing solutions for the agricultural, commercial and industrial sectors. We supply buildings ranging from agricultural storage buildings and workshops through to industrial units and larger commercial projects. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Self-Employed Sales Executive to generate new business and develop their own customer base. This is a self-employed, commission-only opportunity with no basic salary. Commission is uncapped and directly linked to sales generated. The Opportunity This role would suit an experienced salesperson who wants the freedom of self-employment combined with the earning potential of selling high-value products. You will be responsible for identifying and developing your own sales opportunities, with potential customers including: • Farmers and agricultural businesses, • Agricultural contractors, • Property developers, • Builders and construction companies, • Commercial property owners, • Industrial businesses, • Landowners and investors Projects can range from smaller workshops and storage buildings through to substantial agricultural and industrial developments. You don't necessarily need previous steel-building experience. Experience within agriculture, construction, building materials, machinery, property or high-value B2B sales would be particularly beneficial. Product and technical support will be provided by South West Steel Buildings. Commission 5% commission on qualifying net sales generated by you, excluding VAT. There is no commission ceiling. For illustration: £25,000 project = £1,250 commission £50,000 project = £2,500 commission £100,000 project = £5,000 commission These examples illustrate the commission calculation only and are not guaranteed earnings. Full commission terms, including when commission becomes payable, will be provided as part of the Sales Agent Agreement. What You'll Be Doing Your primary responsibility will be generating new business for South West Steel Buildings. This may include: • Prospecting and identifying potential customers, • Telephone-based business development, • Developing relationships with farmers, builders and developers, • Networking within the agricultural and construction industries, • Following up prospective projects, • Discussing initial building requirements with customers, • Maintaining relationships with prospective customers, • Developing repeat and referral business, • Working alongside SWSB to progress opportunities from initial enquiry through to order You will not be expected to carry out structural design or engineering calculations. Our team and manufacturing partners will provide support with building design, specifications, drawings and quotations where required, allowing you to concentrate on developing relationships and winning business. Who We're Looking For We're particularly interested in people who are confident speaking to business owners and decision-makers. You may already have experience selling: • Agricultural machinery or equipment, • Building materials, • Roofing or cladding, • Steel or structural products, • Commercial construction products, • Industrial products, • Property or construction services However, attitude and sales ability are more important than having worked specifically within the steel-building industry. You'll need to be: • Confident generating your own opportunities, • Comfortable with telephone prospecting and cold calling, • Able to build long-term customer relationships, • Self-motivated and organised, • Commercially minded, • Comfortable working independently, • Professional when representing South West Steel Buildings Why Work With SWSB? This isn't about selling hundreds of low-value products every month. Steel buildings are high-value purchases, meaning individual successful projects can generate substantial commission. You'll have access to: • British-manufactured steel building systems, • Competitive pricing, • Fast quotation capabilities, • Technical and design support, • Agricultural, commercial and industrial markets, • Supply-only and supply-and-erect solutions, • High-value project opportunities, • Uncapped 5% commission Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to build a territory and customer base over the long term, rather than simply work through a list of leads. Important – Self-Employed Position This is a self-employed, commission-only sales opportunity. There is no basic salary or guaranteed level of earnings. The successful applicant will operate on a self-employed basis and will be responsible for their own tax, National Insurance and other obligations associated with self-employment. Commission and lead ownership arrangements will be clearly defined within a written Sales Agent Agreement before commencing. If you're an experienced salesperson who enjoys developing your own business, building relationships and earning directly from the results you produce, we'd like to hear from you.
