This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating projects, working collaboratively across multiple teams and ensuring that client programmes are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards. Reporting to the Regional Client Director, you will support the planning, coordination and successful delivery of projects across the UK and Europe. Working closely with our Head of Project Management, Supply Chain, Production and Client Services teams, you will help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with client expectations. This role would suit someone with experience in project management, signage, print, point of sale, retail marketing, manufacturing, logistics or supply chain, who enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. What you'll be doing Providing project coordination and general administrative support across client programmes. Managing production work in progress (WIP) for UK and European projects. Coordinating local and international freight and logistics. Preparing container and transport plans for deliveries across Europe. Supporting production costing and estimation activities. Managing client approvals for artwork, assembly instructions and other production requirements. Identifying project risks and working with internal teams to develop practical solutions. Supporting client agreements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Preparing reports, presentations and project updates for internal and client meetings. Maintaining accurate project information within Salesforce CRM and supporting sales planning activities. Working closely with production, procurement, logistics and project management teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and quality standards. About you Our client is looking for someone who is: Highly organised with excellent planning and time management skills. Experienced in project coordination, manufacturing, design, marketing or a similar environment (typically 23 years' experience). Ideally experienced within signage, print, retail marketing, manufacturing, logistics or point of sale, although we welcome applicants from similar industries. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong administrative skills. Able to understand production drawings and general assembly documentation (desirable). A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable managing multiple projects and competing priorities. Experienced using project management tools such as MS Project, Trello or Asana (preferred). Experienced using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce. A proactive problem solver with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams. Qualified in Project Management, Business or a related discipline (desirable). PRINCE2, PMP or Agile certification would be advantageous. Flexible in teir approach to working hours to support UK business requirements and willing to travel when required. Why join our client? Role Details Role Title: Project Delivery Co-Ordinator UK & Europe Salary: A competitive salary of approximately £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Location: Hybrid working, combining home working with travel to company locations, suppliers and client sites across the UK and Europe as required. Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Due to the international nature of the role, flexibility may occasionally be required to support colleagues, suppliers and clients across different time zones. Holiday: 25 days' annual leave, plus English public holidays. Pension: Company pension scheme with 5% employee and 3% employer contributions. Reporting to: Regional Client Director Travel: Occasional travel within the UK and Europe may be required. A full UK driving licence and valid passport are desirable.
