Essential Requirements • Previous experience in an administrative or Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) support role is desirable., • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including creating and updating spreadsheets and trackers., • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail., • Confident telephone manner with experience booking appointments and communicating with customers., • Excellent written and spoken English., • Ability to prioritise workload and work independently., • Professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach., • Full UK driving licence is essential. Desirable • Experience within the construction, social housing, or property maintenance sector., • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Outlook., • Experience working with residents and coordinating appointments.
