Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, an opportunity has arisen for a technically capable and quality-driven Quality Assurance Manager to join a growing operations team. \n Key Responsibilities: \n\n • Manage quality assurance across 10-15 live projects.\n, • Conduct site inspections to monitor installation quality, workmanship, and compliance.\n, • Produce detailed quality reports for management and client review.\n, • Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, British Standards, LPCB requirements, and client expectations.\n, • Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, defects, and corrective actions.\n, • Identify non-conformances and work with project, design, and installation teams to resolve issues.\n, • Review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.\n, • Attend site and client meetings as the quality representative.\n, • Conduct internal audits and monitor adherence to quality management systems.\n, • Drive continuous improvement through corrective and preventative actions.\n, • Monitor workmanship standards across employees and subcontractors.\n, • Support project readiness for client inspections, LPCB audits, and handover.\n, • Assist with maintaining ISO 9001, LPCB, and other accreditation requirements.\n\n Beneficial Skills / Experience: \n\n • Strong technical knowledge of sprinkler and/or fire suppression systems.\n, • Experience within the sprinkler, water mist, fire protection, mechanical services, or building services sectors.\n, • Understanding of quality assurance, inspections, and technical compliance.\n, • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.\n, • Knowledge of British Standards, LPCB requirements, and industry best practice.\n, • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n, • Ability to manage multiple projects and produce concise management reports.\n, • Confidence when liaising with clients, contractors, consultants, and installation teams.\n, • Full UK Driving Licence.\n, • LPCB, CSCS, and SSSTS qualifications.\n\n Additional Details: \n\n • Competitive Salary\n, • Company Car\n, • Company Pension\n, • Performance Bonus\n, • 25 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays\n
