The role involves driving a 7.5-tonne caged tipper to scheduled waste collection jobs, assisting with loading where required, and transporting waste to authorised disposal/tipping facilities. Key Responsibilities • Collect the company vehicle at the start of the working day., • Travel to scheduled waste collection bookings safely and on time., • Provide a professional and friendly service when dealing with customers., • Assist the team with loading waste into the vehicle when required., • Secure loads correctly and operate the vehicle safely and responsibly., • Transport collected waste to the designated disposal/tipping facility., • Ensure the vehicle is tipped and emptied on time each day., • Keep the cab and vehicle reasonably clean and presentable., • Complete basic daily vehicle safety checks and report any faults or damage., • Return the vehicle to the designated location at the end of the working day.
