You'll work alongside a highly regarded planning expert, taking the lead on a broad range of strategic planning matters.This is a role with genuine autonomy, high value work and the chance to shape the future direction of the planning team.You will:Lead on strategic planning advice from site appraisal through to determination and appealAdvise on s.106 agreements, highways matters and development frameworksHandle contentious planning issues including judicial review and CPO workWork closely with landowners, developers, farmers and rural businessesCollaborate with land agents, consultants and valuers on major schemesPlay a key role in growing the planning offering and developing client relationshipsAbout the FirmJoin a boutique, specialist property and rural law firm.
