Key Responsibilities:


  • Facilitate engaging, hands-on workshops while teaching Kintsugi techniques and guiding participants throughout the experience.
  • Clear down venues after workshops, including packing, cleaning, and transporting equipment.
  • Plan, organise, and deliver public and private Kintsugi workshops.
  • Travel to client venues across the UK with all workshop equipment and materials.
  • Set up and prepare workshop spaces, ensuring a professional and safe environment before each session.
  • Source, purchase, and manage all materials and supplies required for workshops, including ceramics, epoxy, pigments, tools, PPE, and packaging.
  • Maintain workshop inventory and ensure sufficient stock for upcoming events.
  • Prepare workshop kits and materials before each event.
  • Liaise with corporate clients, venues, and private customers to coordinate workshop logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures during all workshops.
  • Oversee transportation, storage, and maintenance of workshop equipment and materials.
  • Support the ongoing development of Kinboru’s workshops, products, and customer experience.
