Location: Battersea Salary: Up to £35,000 Hours: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week (6:30am start) We are currently recruiting for a talented Sushi Chef de Partie to join a busy and high-quality kitchen operation at a head office location in Battersea. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled chef with a passion for sushi to work within a structured, high-volume environment. The Role As Sushi Chef de Partie, you will be part of a dedicated sushi section made up of three chefs, reporting into the senior chefs on section. You will play a key role in delivering fresh, high-quality sushi offerings in a fast-paced production setting.
