  Delta Personnel are working with an established and highly reputable brand manufacturer based in Sussex who are looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Technician with a recognised apprenticeship or equivalent trade qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or above) in a Mechanical Engineering discipline and demonstrable experience maintaining CNC or automated production machinery. \n You’ll be responsible for maintaining and optimising the performance of woodworking machinery, including CNC processing centres, edge banding machines, panel saws, and ancillary equipment, ensuring maximum uptime, safe operation, and compliance with planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules. \n Proven experience implementing and adhering to planned preventative maintenance programmes is essential as is a strong fault-finding ability across mechanical and electrical systems, including PLC-based controls as well as being safety-conscious with commitment to H&S legislation including PUWER, LOLER, COSHH, and LOTO procedures. \n 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations or equivalent electrical competency and familiarity with HOMAG Group software environments would be advantageous coupled with experience with vacuum, pneumatic systems, drives, and inverters common to panel processing machinery and a basic working knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens S7, Beckhoff TwinCAT) for diagnostic purposes. \n To be suitable for this role, you’ll need to be a hands-on, self-motivated individual who brings both mechanical and electrical expertise and someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. \n If this sounds like you and you’d like to work at part of a high functioning team, then apply today.

  Electrical Supervisor – Social Housing Kitchen Refurbishments Location: Multi-site across the North West (including Warrington, Wigan, St Helens, Blackburn, Liverpool and surrounding areas) Salary: £42,500 - £45,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our growing team, overseeing electrical works on a busy social housing kitchen refurbishment contract across the North West. This is a multi-site role, with each project typically lasting around two weeks before moving on to the next site. You'll work across a variety of locations including Warrington, Wigan, St Helens, Blackburn, Liverpool and surrounding areas, so flexibility to travel is essential. The Role Your working week will be split between hands-on electrical compliance work and site supervision: • 2 days per week carrying out up to 4 EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports) and completing pre-entry surveys., • 3 days per week dedicated to supervising electrical works on site. You'll be responsible for supervising both permanent electricians and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
