Key Responsibilities: • Washing and sanitising all kitchen equipment, dishes, pots, and utensils., • Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, work surfaces, and storage areas., • Assisting with basic food preparation as required by the chefs., • Managing and organising deliveries, ensuring proper storage of goods., • Disposing of kitchen waste responsibly., • Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations. What will I be doing? • Working with the back of house team, maintaining the kitchen to high standards., • Supporting the chefs during busy service., • Keeping the kitchen running efficiently and spotlessly clean during and after service., • Cleaning utensils and dishes alongside general kitchen duties., • Helping with preparing ingredients for the chefs to ensure a smooth and efficient service during peak periods., • Adhering to health and safety procedures within the kitchen.
