What You'll Be Doing


  • Delivering warm, friendly and knowledgeable service to every guest.
  • Taking food and drink orders and ensuring tables receive excellent service.
  • Serving quality food, craft beer, wine, cocktails and soft drinks.
  • Learning about our independent beer selection and seasonal food menus.
  • Helping maintain a clean, organised and welcoming venue.
  • Supporting the team during busy services and private events.
  • Setting up and closing the venue to a high standard.
  • Creating a positive atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

What We're Looking For


We're looking for people with personality, enthusiasm and a genuine love of hospitality.


Ideally you'll have:


✔ Previous experience in a pub, bar or restaurant
✔ A friendly, confident and approachable personality
✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills
✔ A positive attitude and willingness to learn
✔ Ability to work well under pressure
✔ Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
✔ An interest in great food, craft beer and independent hospitality
