We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily customer service operations, supporting the customer service team, and ensuring excellent service delivery to customers, suppliers, and business partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily customer service operations and support the customer service team.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade customers, suppliers, and business partners.
- Monitor customer orders, deliveries, returns, and after-sales support.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and purchasing teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation.
- Review and improve customer service procedures and operational processes.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance, training, and support where required.
- Prepare service reports and assist management with operational improvements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage customer relationships and resolve service issues effectively.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
