The Compliance Officer will support BB Healthcare Solutions to maintain high standards of regulatory, clinical, corporate and information-governance compliance across its GP federation services.
The postholder will coordinate and monitor organisational compliance with relevant NHS, CQC, data protection, information governance, employment, health and safety, contractual and regulatory requirements.
The role will provide assurance to senior management and the Board that policies, systems, audits, risk controls and governance arrangements are effective, current and appropriately evidenced.
The Compliance Officer will play a central role in maintaining organisational readiness for inspections, audits, commissioner reviews and the NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit.
