The Role

As a Community Care Worker, you will support people to remain independent in their own homes. Duties may include:

• Personal care and support
• Medication assistance
• Meal and drink preparation
• Light household cleaning
• Shopping and community access
• Companionship and emotional support
• Promoting independence and wellbeing

What We're Looking For

• A caring, compassionate and reliable individual
• Good communication skills
• A full UK driving licence
• Access to your own vehicle
• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training can be provided
