Duties
- Greet customers with a positive attitude and provide prompt, friendly service throughout their visit
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, as well as light food items
- Assist with food preparation, ensuring all items meet quality standards and adhere to food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, including tables, counters, and equipment
- Take orders accurately using POS systems and handle cash or card transactions efficiently
- Restock supplies regularly to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Support catering requests for events or meetings by preparing and delivering food and beverages as needed.
