Business Analyst - PP Tech Solutions - Bradley Stoke

We are seeking a Business Analyst, to work end-to-end across the product lifecycle and will lead on discovery, requirements definition, process mapping, testing, and implementation. The role involves to play a pivotal role in embedding sustainable change within the organization whilst encouraging and promoting best practice across programmes and the wider analysis team.

Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating complex needs into clear, actionable deliverables

Work across discrete projects and large programmes, adapting to varying scale and complexity
Facilitate workshops and key agile ceremonies to uncover, document, and validate business requirements

Produce high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows

Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships at all levels, driving decisions through influence rather than authority

Provide go-live support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for data and reporting issues

Ensure adherence to and contribute to the development of best practices supporting data management standards and governance

Contribute to governance, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives

Collaborate with delivery communities to share knowledge, tools, and best practices
