Nakshi Café is opening in Birmingham this summer, and we are looking for a talented barista to take our coffee menu to the next level!
We have a clear plan and vision, and want to become Birmingham’s best all day dining hotspot, which only comes through consistency and quality.
Whist we aren’t a speciality coffee house, we are aiming to expand and improve our coffee menu, with coffee enthusiasts as part of the management team. We are looking for a barista who is comfortable working and maintaining an espresso machine, steaming milk, producing latte art, and producing drinks ranging from a simple flat white to a frothy cappuccino, to a sweet spanish latte. Experience in producing matcha drinks and mocktails is also highly appreciated.
We want the potential applicant to become a key figure within the business, and become apart of the wider expansion and branding of Nakshi as we look to grow. This will then be reflected in the pay and potential opportunity for a stake in any future expansion.
