The Role As a Kitchen Porter, you'll play a vital role in supporting our kitchen team and ensuring the smooth running of service. You'll work closely with our chefs and wider kitchen team to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency throughout the restaurant. You will: • Keep the kitchen, equipment, and work areas clean and organised throughout service., • Wash and sanitise dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment., • Ensure clean equipment and crockery are always available to support a smooth service., • Receive, move, and store deliveries safely and efficiently., • Dispose of waste and recycling in line with restaurant standards., • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety., • Support the kitchen team during busy service periods., • Work as part of a positive and professional team environment.
