DHÖM Bistro in Potters Bar is looking for one or two experienced bartenders. We need someone who can prepare cocktails and other drinks consistently, keep the bar clean and organised, manage preparation and restocking, communicate warmly with guests and work calmly during busy service. Previous professional bartending experience is required. Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, Challenge 25 and responsible alcohol service is important. Full-time availability: Wednesday-Sunday. Part-time availability: Thursday-Sunday. Evening and weekend work is required. Pay is £14-£15 per hour depending on relevant experience and capability.
