Barista & Bagel Team Member Noxy Brothers is looking for a friendly and reliable Barista & Bagel Team Member to join our team. We are a specialty coffee and bagel company with locations across London, focused on great coffee, fresh food, fast service, and strong team culture. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy, high-energy environment and can bring great hospitality, consistency, and good vibes to the team. The Role As part of the team, you will be involved in both coffee and food service. You will prepare drinks, make bagels, serve customers, support the team, and help keep the store running smoothly during busy service. Your responsibilities will include: • Preparing espresso-based drinks to a high standard, • Dialling in and maintaining coffee quality during service, • Preparing and serving bagels according to Noxy standards, • Supporting both coffee and food service during busy periods, • Providing friendly, fast, and professional customer service, • Keeping the coffee and bagel areas clean, organised, and ready for service, • Helping maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and store flow, • Working closely with the Store Manager and the rest of the team About You We’re looking for someone who is reliable, positive, and confident working with customers. You’ll ideally have: • Previous barista or café experience, • Good knowledge of espresso-based drinks, • Experience working in a busy café, coffee shop, market, or hospitality environment, • Strong communication skills, • A hands-on attitude, • Good attention to detail, • The ability to stay calm and focused during busy periods, • A genuine interest in coffee, food, and hospitality Specialty coffee experience is a plus, but attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are just as important.
