We’re looking for a passionate, creative, and reliable Chef to join our busy all-day brunch café. Our menu focuses on fresh, beautifully presented brunch dishes, quality ingredients, and great flavours. We’re looking for someone who loves brunch food and can bring energy and creativity to the kitchen. The Role You’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking our all-day brunch menu to a consistently high standard. You’ll work closely with the team to ensure fast, efficient service while maintaining excellent food quality and presentation. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and cook all-day brunch dishes to a high standard, • Deliver consistently excellent food, presentation, and portion control, • Work efficiently during busy brunch services, • Help develop seasonal dishes and daily specials, • Ensure food is fresh, well prepared, and beautifully presented, • Manage stock, ordering, and food preparation, • Minimise food waste and maintain good kitchen organisation, • Follow all food hygiene and safety procedures, • Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and running smoothly, • Work positively with the front-of-house team About You The ideal candidate will: • Have previous experience as a Chef, preferably in a brunch, café, or casual dining environment, • Have a genuine passion for food and modern brunch, • Be confident cooking eggs, breakfast dishes, pancakes, French toast, sandwiches, salads, and other brunch favourites, • Be creative and interested in developing new dishes, • Stay calm and organised during busy services, • Have high standards of cleanliness and food presentation, • Be reliable, hardworking, and a great team player What We Offer • Competitive salary based on experience, • A friendly, positive working environment, • The opportunity to have creative input into the menu, • Staff meals and café benefits, • Consistent daytime-focused shifts
