We empower brands with granular insights so they can identify their most important customers and understand what matters to them. \n Why join us? \n We're looking for a Media Sales Administrator to support our growing Tesco Media Sales team. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, market-leading media business and play a key role in ensuring campaigns are delivered smoothly from booking through to invoicing and reporting. \n You'll work closely with teams across Tesco Media, providing administrative support, coordinating campaign activity and helping to maintain the systems, processes and data that keep our business running efficiently. \n What you'll be doing \n\n • Managing campaign bookings, contracts and invoicing processes\n, • Maintaining sales systems and ensuring data is accurate and up to date\n, • Supporting pipeline management and campaign administration\n, • Assisting with audience creation and segmentation for media campaigns\n, • Supporting campaign measurement and reporting activities\n, • Ensuring actions and deliverables are completed accurately and on time\n, • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working\n, • Building strong working relationships with teams across the Tesco Media business\n\n What we're looking for \n\n • Excellent attention to detail and a highly organised approach\n, • Strong communication and relationship-building skills\n, • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\n, • A proactive, motivated and adaptable mindset\n, • Confidence working with systems, processes and administrative tasks\n, • A willingness to learn and continuously improve how work gets done\n\n What you can expect from us \n At Tesco Media, you'll work alongside talented colleagues in a collaborative and supportive environment where your contribution makes a real impact.
