We’re looking for a creative, organised and social-media-savvy to join our team who has a passion for luxury interior design, furniture and architecture. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging content across our social media platforms, helping to grow our online presence and connect with our audience. This role is ideal for someone who understands social media trends, enjoys producing original content and can turn ideas into posts that attract attention and encourage engagement. Key Responsibilities • Plan, create and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube., • Produce short-form videos, photos, graphics, captions and other engaging content., • Develop and manage a consistent social media content calendar., • Film and edit videos for social media campaigns and everyday posts., • Write clear, engaging captions that reflect our brand’s tone of voice., • Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for relevant content., • Respond to comments and messages while helping to build an active online community., • Work with the wider team to support campaigns, promotions, events and product launches., • Review content performance and use insights to improve future posts., • Ensure all content is accurate, on-brand and published on schedule., • Create business digital collaterals Skills and Experience • Previous experience creating content for brands, businesses or personal social media channels., • A strong understanding of major social media platforms and how their audiences differ., • Confident filming and editing short-form video content., • Experience using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud or similar software., • Strong written communication and copywriting skills., • A good eye for design, photography and visual storytelling., • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines., • Creative, proactive and comfortable appearing on camera when required., • Knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting is an advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES § Open and close the stall each trading day, including setup, styling, and pack down to brand standard § Welcome and engage market visitors, offering tastings and explaining the product range with warmth and confidence § Drive daily sales and build repeat custom among regular market visitors § Process transactions accurately using the card reader and cash float, and reconcile takings at the end of each shift § Manage stock levels, storage, and replenishment, ordering ahead where needed to avoid running out during trading hours § Maintain the stall, packaging, and display to a consistently high, giftable standard § Represent the Date Sultan brand professionally at all times, including tone, appearance, and product knowledge § Take full ownership of stall presentation as a standing location, keeping layout, display, and upkeep consistently excellent § Report weekly sales figures, stock needs, and any market or venue issues. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR § Previous experience in retail, market stalls, or hospitality sales is preferred § Outgoing, warm, and confident when approaching and speaking with customers § Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of a standing stall § Comfortable handling cash and card transactions accurately § Reliable and punctual, able to commit to the same four days each week on an ongoing basis § Able to stand for extended periods and assist with light lifting during setup and pack down § A genuine interest in premium food, gifting, and hospitality is a strong advantage SHIFT PATTERN Four fixed trading days per week at Old Spitalfields Market. Specific days and hours will be confirmed with the successful candidate, in line with the market's trading calendar.

Sweet Corn Stall Assistant (Part-Time) We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, reliable person to join our outdoor sweet corn stall on Berwick Street, Soho, London. This is a simple job selling one product only. Full training provided, no experience needed. Hours are part-time, usually 3 PM to 9 PM, some weekend shifts. Duties include serving customers politely, preparing and serving sweet corn, taking cash and card payments, and keeping the stall clean and organised. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, energetic, organised, hygienic and comfortable working outdoors and standing for most of the shift. The role is fully remote and commission-based, but realistically you can earn £60–£120+ per day. Your job is simple: generate leads and book appointments — we handle everything else in the office.
