RAN Deployment & Integration Engineer \n Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + Benefits Location: Egham, TW20 0HJ - 5 days onsite \n Innovate to Impact - Help build the next generation of connected networks. \n We're looking for an experienced RAN Deployment & Integration Engineer with strong LTE/5G experience to join our team and play a key role in the deployment, commissioning, integration and troubleshooting of multi-vendor RAN networks. \n This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer with hands-on experience across Mobile Networks, Private 5G and Enterprise Wireless Networks, who enjoys solving technical challenges and seeing projects through from deployment to customer handover. \n The Role \n As a RAN Deployment & Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the successful deployment and integration of advanced wireless networks. \n Your responsibilities will include: \n\n • Installing and integrating RAN equipment, including:\n \n, • Baseband Units (BBU)\n, • Indoor Radio Units (IRU)\n, • Radio Dots\n, • Remote Radio Units (RRU/RRH)\n, • 5G Radio Units\n \n, • Performing radio commissioning and integration.\n, • Configuring cells, frequencies, radio parameters and network features.\n, • Performing radio software loading and upgrades.\n, • Validating synchronisation, coverage, mobility and connectivity.\n, • Supporting ATP execution, acceptance testing and customer handover.\n, • Troubleshooting RAN alarms and hardware issues.\n\n What We're Looking For \n\n • 5+ years' experience in LTE/5G RAN deployment and integration.\n, • Hands-on experience with:\n \n, • 4G LTE\n, • 5G NR\n, • Private 5G RAN\n, • Mobile Network deployments\n \n, • Experience with RAN vendors including Ericsson, Nokia, Samsung, Huawei, Open RAN platforms or equivalent solutions.\n, • Strong knowledge of RAN commissioning, cell configuration, radio integration, RAN troubleshooting and performance validation.\n, • Understanding of 5G architecture, network slicing and Open RAN concepts.\n, • Experience working with customers, vendors and deployment partners.\n, • Ability to manage technical issues during deployment.\n, • Strong reporting and documentation skills.\n, • Ability to communicate technical information clearly.\n\n Package & Benefits \n\n • £70,000 - £80,000 salary\n, • Pension contribution.\n, • Lunch provided.\n, • Comprehensive health and business travel insurance.\n, • Free onsite parking.\n, • Supportive environment where your ideas are valued and your potential is nurtured.\n\n Ready for your next challenge? \n If you're interested please send your CV \n
