Deliver child-centred care. Support children with EBD and complex needs. Promote positive behaviour. Act as a Key Worker. Complete care records, risk assessments and incident reports. Administer medication. Mentor team members. Liaise with professionals. Ensure compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding requirements.Essential Requirements Minimum 6 months' experience supporting vulnerable children and young people within a children's residential setting. Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare . Experience supporting children with EBD or complex needs. Full UK Driving Licence (essential). Flexible to work days, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.What We Offer Competitive salary with additional attendance bonus payment up to £1200.
