In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our cafe, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service and a memorable experience. Your enthusiasm for hospitality, combined with your attention to detail, . Duties • Greet customers with a positive attitude and provide prompt, friendly service throughout their visit, • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, as well as light food items, • Assist with food preparation, ensuring all items meet quality standards and adhere to food safety regulations, • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, including tables, counters, and equipment, • Take orders accurately using POS systems and handle cash or card transactions efficiently, • Restock supplies regularly to ensure smooth operations during busy periods, • Support catering requests for events or meetings by preparing and delivering food and beverages as needed.
