Your responsibilities will include: • Speaking with prospective candidates over the phone, • Conducting structured sales consultations, • Understanding candidates' current career challenges and goals, • Explaining the Employment Placement Programme clearly and confidently, • Handling questions and objections, • Following up with interested candidates, • Closing programme enrolments, • Keeping accurate notes and updating candidate records, • Working towards individual and team sales targets What We're Looking For You do not need an accounting background.
