More than a job: a mission We’re looking for a Software V&V Team Leader to drive verification, validation and testing activities across complex signalling and software programs. This is high-impact engineering – ensuring safety, quality, and reliability in critical rail infrastructure. Your role, your impact • Define and deploy the Program Verification & Validation strategy and plan, • Lead verification, integration and test activities across software, product and system levels, • Drive the transition from manual to automated testing (Cucumber, JMeter, Postman, TestComplete), • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Security Signalling, Product Architecture, Development Centers), • Manage configuration, change control and requirement traceability, • Oversee test execution, reporting, risks and issue management, • Define and follow up test environments, test benches and analysis tools, • Represent Alstom towards customers, providing visibility on V&V progress and risks, • Lead the V&V team and manage subcontractors and work packages, • Ensure independence between verification and design activities You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, system, and security domains - solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.
