Responsibilities: • Responsible for the entire procurement process for product categories in the Spanish overseas warehouse, including but not limited to: warehouse equipment (shelves, forklifts, WMS system, etc.), packaging materials (cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, labels, etc.), and localized services (warehousing operations outsourcing, maintenance, cleaning, and security, etc.);, • Develop, evaluate, and manage high-quality local supplier resources, and establish and maintain long-term partnerships;, • Lead procurement negotiations, contract signing, and execution tracking to ensure cost optimization, quality compliance, and on-time delivery;, • Collaborate with operations, finance, and legal departments to complete compliance reviews and risk control of the procurement process;, • Regularly output procurement data analysis reports to support business decision-making and budget planning;, • Participate in the formulation of localized procurement strategies and promote the implementation of cost reduction and efficiency improvement projects. Job Description: • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field;, • At least 1 year of experience in procurement or logistics, with a background in e-commerce/cross-border logistics preferred;, • Language skills: Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese; Spanish C1 level or above preferred;, • Familiar with the Spanish market environment, laws, regulations, and business practices;, • Strong negotiation, data analysis, and cross-departmental collaboration skills;, • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to adapt to a fast-paced, multitasking work environment;, • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
