Join our Bid Management team in Barcelona and support the development of our Pharma and MedTech activities across international markets. As a Bid & Presales Manager, you will work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Consulting, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Delivery, Finance and Legal) to shape client opportunities and prepare high-quality proposals across the Pharma and MedTech value chain. You will contribute to opportunities related to Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA), CRO services, regulatory affairs, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, digital transformation and technology implementation. 🎯Your missions Opportunity shaping and sales support • Support Sales and Account teams during client meetings, discovery sessions and opportunity qualification discussions., • Analyse client requirements, business challenges, procurement documents and evaluation criteria., • Help assess bid feasibility, risks, resource requirements and expected timelines., • Contribute to bid/no-bid decisions and define the response strategy for each opportunity., • Work with subject-matter experts to identify the right capabilities, case studies and delivery approach., • Prepare client presentations, workshops, solution documents and supporting materials. Bid and proposal management • Lead the preparation of RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, tenders and other client consultations., • Build bid plans, response schedules, review calendars and internal approval processes., • Coordinate contributions from Sales, Life Sciences consultants & technical experts, Delivery, Finance, Procurement and Legal., • Maintain compliance matrices, action trackers, assumptions and clarification logs., • Ensure consistency between client requirements, proposed solution, delivery model, team structure and commercial response., • Review and consolidate technical and commercial content before submission., • Manage document version control and ensure submissions are complete and delivered on time. Client presentations and bid defense • Support Sales teams during client presentations, workshops and bid defence sessions., • Prepare presentation decks, speaking notes and responses to anticipated questions., • Present selected parts of the solution or proposal to client stakeholders., • Coordinate internal preparation sessions and post-meeting follow-up actions. Pharma and MedTech solution development • Help shape proposals for clients across the Pharma and MedTech sectors., • Work with internal experts on CRO services, clinical operations and clinical data management., • Coordinate contributions related to GxP, computer system validation, computer software assurance and quality management systems., • Contribute to proposals covering regulatory affairs and Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA)., • Support opportunities related to manufacturing, supply chain and product lifecycle management., • Contribute to data, digital and technology transformation proposals for regulated environments., • Translate technical and regulatory topics into clear business language for client stakeholders., • Structure the scope, deliverables, project phases, governance, team setup and delivery model. Knowledge management and process development • Build and maintain proposal templates, case studies, credentials and reusable content., • Develop content showcasing Pharma and MedTech capabilities, services and client outcomes., • Capture lessons learned from completed bids and share successful approaches with Sales, Consulting and Delivery teams., • Maintain accurate records of opportunities, submissions, outcomes and feedback in the relevant tools. ✅ Your profile • 5+ years of experience in Bid Management, Presales, Proposal Management, Consulting, Business Development or Project Management.[PL2], • Experience in Pharma, MedTech, Life Sciences, healthcare consulting or a related regulated environment., • Good understanding of the Pharma or MedTech value chain, with exposure to areas such as CRO services, clinical operations, quality, regulatory affairs, HEMA, manufacturing, supply chain, medical devices, engineering or technology., • Hands-on experience with RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, tenders, statements of work and client presentations., • Ability to understand technical subjects and turn them into clear, well-structured proposal content., • Strong writing, presentation, coordination and communication skills., • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several priorities and deadlines at the same time., • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and subject-matter experts., • Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint., • Experience with CRM or proposal management tools (e.g. Responsive, RFPIO) is a plus., • Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience., • Fluent English is required; Spanish and/or French would be a strong advantage., • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, internal workshops and bid presentations. 🚀What we offer • An international community with more than 110 nationalities., • An environment where trust and career development across countries, sectors and business lines are central., • Access to Amaris Academy and a wide range of internal training modules., • A collaborative workplace with regular team events and opportunities to work with international colleagues., • The opportunity to contribute to Pharma and MedTech projects across the full project lifecycle., • Participation in sustainability and social impact initiatives through the WeCare Together programme.
