As our Membership Growth Intern, you’ll support the team in growing our Membership in Barcelona. You’ll research local companies, communities and interesting profiles, help keep our CRM and pipeline up to date, and support outreach and Membership activations. You’ll get involved in different parts of the Growth process and work closely with the Membership team to find new opportunities and bring more people into the community. What You’ll Do Research companies, communities and interesting profiles across Barcelona Help build and update our Membership prospect list Keep our CRM and pipeline organised and up to date Track outreach, follow-ups, prospect status and next steps Support outreach to potential members and partners Help organise Membership events, activations and experiences Follow up with prospects and participants after activations Help the Membership team identify new opportunities to grow the community What You’ll Have You are currently enrolled at a university within the EU You are studying Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field You bring a positive, hands-on attitude and enjoy meeting new people You are organized and comfortable juggling different tasks throughout the day You enjoy both teamwork and taking initiative when needed You are fluent in Spanish and English.
