    WAREHOUSE MANAGER – BARBERÀ DEL VALLÈS We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our warehouse in Barberà del Vallès. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with strong experience in warehouse organization, order preparation, stock control, goods reception and shipment management. Main Responsibilities Organize and supervise the daily activities of the warehouse Prepare, check and coordinate customer orders Ensure orders are prepared accurately and within the required deadlines Organize the storage, layout and optimization of the warehouse Receive incoming goods and verify quantities, condition and documentation Manage stock entries, stock exits and internal stock movements Carry out regular stock counts and inventories Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies Prepare, verify and manage packing lists and shipping documentation Coordinate the packing, labeling and preparation of outgoing shipments Ensure products are correctly stored, identified and easily accessible Coordinate deliveries and collections with transport companies when required Monitor warehouse supplies and anticipate replenishment needs Maintain accurate warehouse and inventory records Use stock management systems, ERP software or Excel to maintain accurate information Ensure proper traceability of products and shipments Organize warehouse priorities according to customer orders and deadlines Supervise loading and unloading operations when necessary Make sure all warehouse procedures are followed correctly Maintain a clean, safe and well-organized working environment Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and internal procedures Identify operational problems and propose improvements Improve warehouse processes, organization and efficiency Support and coordinate other warehouse team members when required Communicate with the sales, purchasing, logistics and administration teams regarding orders and stock Provide regular updates regarding stock levels, pending orders, deliveries and warehouse issues Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of professional experience in warehouse operations, logistics, stock management or a similar position Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, Senior Warehouse Operator or similar role is highly valued Fluent English is mandatory French is a strong plus Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management Experience with order preparation, goods reception, packing and shipping Comfortable working with packing lists, delivery notes and logistics documentation Experience using inventory management software, ERP systems and/or Excel Strong organizational and planning skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to prioritize and manage several orders simultaneously Ability to work independently and take ownership of warehouse operations Reliable, responsible and proactive attitude Strong problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment Hands-on profile willing to be actively involved in daily warehouse activities What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who can truly take ownership of the warehouse: someone who knows where every product is, keeps stock information accurate, anticipates problems, ensures orders leave on time and maintains a structured and efficient working environment. Be part of a team where: The Applications Developer, working closely with the Software Developer Manager and the Technology team, contributes to the development and maintenance of a highly customised NetSuite environment. This includes workflows, custom records, and JavaScript based automation (SuiteScript) that power core business operations.
