Experteer Overview As a Senior Supplier Performance Engineer, you will oversee electro-mechanical supplier fabrication and ensure Westinghouse quality and technical standards are met. You will work with cross-functional teams from the HQ in San Sebastián de los Reyes, applying on-site and remote oversight to drive material and process compliance. You will lead development plans, issue corrective actions, and monitor supplier performance to mitigate risk and enable reliable delivery of nuclear components. This role offers leadership in supplier development and a strong impact on safety, quality, and project success. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Perform on-site and remote supplier oversight to ensure compliance with Westinghouse requirements • Develop and implement Supplier Oversight Plans covering submittals, manufacturing activities, and inspections • Identify and escalate supplier issues and drive prompt resolution with corrective actions • Monitor supplier performance metrics (On-Time Delivery, Quality, Deviation Notices) and lead RCA and CAPA when needed • Evaluate procurement risk and develop Security of Supply Risk Mitigation Plans • Provide progress reports to BU Partners and SPE Leadership • Conduct Technical Evaluations of suppliers for capability, capacity, process controls, and regulatory compliance • Identify gaps between supplier capabilities and Westinghouse requirements and implement Development Plans • Lead Supplier Development, Qualification, Improvement plans, and cost reduction efforts Responsabilidades • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Automation Engineering or similar • 4+ years of progressive engineering/manufacturing experience • Knowledge of machining, welding, forming, molding, mechanical assembly, testing, and inspection • Understanding of Instrumentation u0026 Control Systems, including electromechanical components, PCBs, cables, harnesses, electrical cabinets, sensors • Experience with Problem Solving and Process Standardization programs • Working knowledge of Manufacturing and Quality Plans • Experience performing Supplier Evaluation/Qualification • Project Management experience with multiple concurrent projects • Familiarity with IPC/IEEE/ASME standards • IPC or NDT certifications valued; Welding (AWS) or NDT certifications valued • Desire for experience with nuclear products and standards • Willingness to travel 30% domestically and internationally Requisitos principales • Attractive remuneration • Hybrid work model • High flexibility and autonomy • Private health insurance • Employee Assistance Program • Learning and development opportunities
