En Mas de Torrent 5*, estamos seleccionando a un/a Mayordomo/a , quien se encargue de proporcionar un servicio de alto nivel a los huéspedes, asegurando su satisfacción durante toda su estancia. Además de las responsabilidades propias de un mayordomo, este puesto también implica la realización de algunas tareas de mozo y la conducción de un buggie para trasladar a los huéspedes dentro de las instalaciones del hotel. Tus principales responsabilidades serán: Atención al lobby y recepción en tareas de limpieza y repaso de entrada y terraza. Recibir a los huéspedes, ayudarles con su equipaje y acompañarlos a sus habitaciones, asegurándose de que todo esté en orden y de que se sientan familiarizados con las instalaciones. Proporcionar información sobre las actividades disponibles en el hotel y en la zona circundante, hacer reservas y coordinar servicios adicionales según las preferencias de los huéspedes. What You’ll Do Run your own kitchen section during prep and service Cook and plate dishes that match our standards in taste, temperature and presentation Prep daily mise-en-place and keep your station spotless and organized Support and guide Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters during service Communicate with the team to keep service smooth and steady Manage stock in your section, rotate products and cut down waste Follow food safety routines and complete hygiene checks Bring your A-game for special events, menus and seasonal updates What You’ll Have You have experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready for the next step You bring confidence running your own section during busy services You have a love for fresh, seasonal cooking and delivering quality at pace You have basic digital literacy for kitchen tools like recipe platforms or HACCP logs You bring a calm, organized way of working and solid time management You have a positive, supportive attitude and enjoy being part of a close kitchen team You speak English and Spanish, any other languages is a plus What We Offer: The opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company. What You’ll Do Support the Head Chef in running day-to-day kitchen operations Lead sections during service and step in wherever the heat is on Keep food quality, portioning, and presentation sharp and consistent Coach and guide Commis Chefs and Stewards through hands-on leadership Execute dishes true to the concept and help roll out new menu items Plan prep and mise-en-place to keep service smooth and stress-free Manage stock rotation, reduce waste, and treat ingredients with respect Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully aligned with hygiene standards What You’ll Have You bring 2-3 years of experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie You have a solid background in modern, seasonal cooking with fresh ingredients You enjoy leading on shift and helping others level up You understand prep, service flow, and the rhythm of a busy kitchen You care about food waste, sustainability, and smart kitchen habits You’re comfortable using digital tools for prep, stock, or planning You speak English and Spanish, with extra languages as a bonus What We Offer The opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company.
