Contemporary Star Energy is a joint venture created by Stellantis and CATL to advance affordable and sustainable electric mobility in Europe. Bringing together global automotive leadership and next-generation battery innovation, we lead the evolution of cleaner and smarter mobility. Our large-scale, carbon-neutral battery manufacturing project contributes to the European electrification ecosystem and supports the regional supply chain for battery production. Strategically located next to the Stellantis Plant in Zaragoza, Spain, the Gigafactory will produce next-generation lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries with a capacity of up to 50 GWh. Join our team! We are looking for a Production Supervisor who will be responsible for leading and developing production teams, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your main responsibilities will be: • Organize regular team meetings to communicate production plans, assign daily tasks, and ensure production targets are achieved on schedule., • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and 5S standards, while providing employees with job-specific and skills training to maintain a safe, efficient, and disciplined work environment., • Monitor, record, and report daily attendance for shift employees, and conduct regular performance evaluations., • Carry out daily equipment and safety inspections, complete production-related documentation (including shift handover reports), and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve operational issues on the shop floor. Your profile and qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or above. Desirable to have Science or Technology related fields bachelor´s degree., • High level of English and Spanish., • At least 2 years of experience in similar position preferably in an industrial manufacturing environment., • Strong awareness of safety and quality standards, with a continuous improvement mindset and innovative thinking. Previous experience in driving process improvements is preferred., • Familiar with 5S, Microsoft Office, SAP, and MES systems. About the recruitment process: • The successful candidate must be available to travel to China as part of the onboarding process in order to receive job-specific training and gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's production processes and standards., • The recruitment and onboarding process will be managed in an agile manner, with an estimated start date of 15 September 2026.
