About Seaesta Seaesta is a digital-first boat rental startup at Port Fòrum, Barcelona. Our mission is to make nautical experiences effortless, from booking to boarding, fully online and hassle-free. As we grow, we're building a small, reliable team to deliver a flawless experience at the dock every day. The Role We're looking for a reliable freelancer to handle our morning check-ins and check-outs at the dock. a) Check-in: Welcome clients at the dock, verify ID and booking, explain the boat controls and safety rules, complete the rental paperwork, and assist with departure. b) Check-out: Receive the boat on return, carry out a full condition inspection (hull, engine, propeller, equipment), take photos and upload them to the shared folder, file a damage report with the client if needed, and close the rental documentation. Each check-out includes a basic clean of the boat. Schedule Mornings, based on confirmed departures, with availability from around 07:15 onwards. You'll cover 2 rentals in the morning check-in and check-out services, for roughly 14 hours per week. Weekend availability is important, as these are our busiest days. Compensation • €15 gross per complete service (one check-in and one check-out), • Paid by invoice as an autónomo What we're looking for • Active autónomo registration in Spain (mandatory), • Based close to Port Fòrum — you need to reach the dock quickly and reliably, • Availability in the mornings, including weekends, • Fluent Spanish and English (mandatory), • Highly reliable and punctual: we depend on you being at the dock exactly on time, every slot, • Strong attention to detail, • Boat license a plus

Learn to ensure accuracy of reservations in respect of depositing information, billing/credit details, VIP/Guest special requests, room rates and guest information. Ensure procedures are followed (regarding guest transportation, luggage collection and storage), and guest confidentiality. Ensure all equipment is kept in good working order and used only for the purpose for which it was intended. Work together with trust so that colleagues and management meet the goals of the department/Hotel. Take responsibility to ensure all required tasks are completed accurately and within given time frames.

Your responsibilities: • You are the (first) face of our reception at the student residence, • You take care of our customer service; you help students at the counter, by mail, and over the phone, • You manage reservations and therefore the check-in and check-out process.
