We are looking for an IT Project Management Officer (PMO) to support the successful delivery of complex digital transformation projects. You will play a key role in project governance, planning, reporting, risk management, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and in line with business objectives. Responsibilities • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT and software development projects., • Maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and documentation., • Coordinate project governance activities, steering committees, and status reporting., • Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and financial KPIs., • Collaborate with software development teams, infrastructure teams, business stakeholders, and external partners., • Monitor project KPIs and ensure compliance with project management standards., • Support resource planning, change requests, and project documentation., • Contribute to improving PMO processes and project delivery best practices. Requirements • Previous experience as a PMO, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager within IT, Software Development, Digital Transformation, or Technology projects., • Experience supporting the delivery of software, infrastructure, cloud, ERP, cybersecurity, or digital transformation initiatives., • Experience with project governance, planning, reporting, budget tracking, and KPI monitoring., • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies., • Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, or similar., • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills., • Analytical mindset and strong organizational skills., • Professional English (C1) is mandatory., • French is a plus.
