- Bilingual (Spanish/English). Able to communicate smoothly with an international, high-end clientele.
- Comfortable with open bar and drink service. Familiarity with wine, cava, and cocktail service — pouring, timing, and pacing service through cava towers, welcome drinks, and open bar formats.
- Flexible, event-based availability. Able to work evenings, weekends, and travel to private villas and venues around Marbella/Benahavís.
- Team-oriented and detail-driven. Able to follow a structured service plan and coordinate smoothly with kitchen and event staff.
- Physically capable. Comfortable with extended standing, carrying trays, and outdoor/villa settings.
