Call Center Agent – Spanish Speaker

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Call Center Agent to join our international team on a fully remote basis from Spain.
The successful candidate will work from home in Spain and be responsible for communicating with our partner companies and business contacts across Spain. The role will involve regular telephone communication, following up with existing contacts, introducing our services, and maintaining professional relationships with collaborating companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact partner companies and business contacts across Spain by telephone.
- Communicate professionally with Spanish-speaking companies.
- Follow up with existing and potential business partners.
- Explain our recruitment services and partnership opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and communications.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Communicate with the UK-based team regarding ongoing activities.
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish is essential.
- Excellent communication and telephone skills.
- Professional and confident manner.
- Previous call centre, telesales, customer service, recruitment, or business development experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working environment.
- Good English is an advantage but not essential.
