As a Commercial Underwriting Assistant, you will play a central role in Underwriting and work closely with our international teams and business partners in Spain and abroad. Responsibilities • Enter quotation details into our underwriting systems, in accordance with Underwriters' instructions., • Issue indicative quotations and renewal quotations, in accordance with the instructions of the Underwriting Support Team Manager., • Maintain contact with brokers regarding renewals and assist with enquiries, as directed by the Underwriters., • Follow up on and address outstanding broker queries and information requests., • Ensure that our underwriting systems, electronic filing system, and document repository are kept up to date, with accurate and well-organized information., • Assist with internal audits., • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our tools and processes.
