The Wholesale Marketing Executive will support the strategic and operational development of Majorica's trade marketing activity across wholesale and travel retail channels. This is an exciting moment for Majorica as we enter a new chapter of brand transformation and redefine our wholesale strategy, with a stronger focus on premium and luxury environments and international growth. The role will be responsible for translating the global brand strategy into relevant, impactful and commercially effective executions across wholesale and travel retail partners. This includes understanding the specific needs of each account, developing appropriate marketing solutions and ensuring that the Majorica brand is consistently and beautifully represented across all customer touchpoints. The role combines strategic thinking, project management and hands‑on execution, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Retail and external partners to bring campaigns, collections and brand experiences to life. • Act as the main marketing point of contact for Wholesale and Travel Retail teams, understanding account needs and translating commercial briefs into effective marketing solutions., • Work closely with Account Managers to recommend the right marketing approach to support specific commercial objectives, markets and retail environments., • Develop and execute account-specific marketing plans in line with the global brand strategy and guidelines., • Ensure consistent and premium execution of the Majorica brand across wholesale, travel retail and distributor touchpoints., • Coordinate the production and deployment of marketing and visibility materials, working with internal teams and external suppliers., • Manage the annual refresh of campaign imagery and marketing assets in line with campaign usage rights., • Develop evergreen imagery and other brand assets for key accounts when required, in collaboration with internal and external creative partners., • Manage and maintain key commercial and marketing tools, including product image banks, product descriptions, brand assets, campaign materials and sales tools., • Ensure that all materials provided to wholesale partners and distributors are accurate, up to date and aligned with the latest brand and product strategy., • Adapt global marketing assets to meet specific account, market or channel requirements while protecting brand consistency., • Support the development of tools that enable the Wholesale and Travel Retail teams to sell and present the brand effectively., • Coordinate the development, adaptation, production and implementation of POSM and point-of-sale communication., • Support the creation of impactful visibility solutions for priority customers and premium retail environments., • Ensure that campaigns and brand assets are correctly implemented across customer locations., • Monitor market implementation and identify opportunities to improve the visibility and execution of the brand., • Support the implementation of global and local campaigns, collection launches and promotional activations across wholesale and travel retail., • Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Sales and Retail to ensure all launches are commercially and operationally ready., • Contribute to activation plans for priority accounts and international markets., • Ensure that product launches are supported by the right imagery, product information, POSM and commercial materials at the right time., • Support the marketing and brand implementation of new wholesale accounts, department stores, shop‑in‑shops, corners and travel retail locations., • Coordinate branding, marketing, POSM and visual merchandising requirements for new openings and implementations., • Work closely with Sales, Retail and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required brand standards., • Track projects, budgets, timelines and implementation across wholesale and travel retail., • Prepare reports, presentations and updates for management and relevant stakeholders., • Identify ways to improve processes, tools and ways of working across Trade Marketing and Wholesale., • Build scalable processes and tools that support Majorica's international wholesale growth., • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business or a related field., • 3–5 years of experience in trade marketing, wholesale marketing, retail marketing, visual merchandising, travel retail or a related commercial marketing role., • Experience bringing brands and campaigns to life within a wholesale, retail and/or travel retail environment., • Experience working with international distributors, wholesale accounts or retail partners, ideally including premium or luxury accounts and department stores., • Strong understanding of the relationship between brand, marketing and commercial objectives., • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously., • Highly proactive, hands‑on and execution-oriented, with a strong "make it happen" mindset., • Commercially minded, with the ability to understand the needs of different customers and translate them into effective marketing solutions., • Strong attention to detail and high standards for brand execution., • Excellent planning, coordination and follow‑up skills., • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working across Sales, Marketing, Product, Retail and external partners., • Able to find practical and creative solutions to challenges and work effectively in a fast-changing environment., • Analytical mindset with a continuous improvement approach., • Advanced Excel skills., • Advanced PowerPoint skills., • Experience with ERP, CRM and/or project management tools is a plus., • Additional languages are a plus., • Experience in luxury, fashion, jewellery, accessories, retail or travel retail., • Experience supporting international retail or wholesale expansion., • Knowledge of visual merchandising, POSM and retail communication., • Experience working with department stores or premium retail environments.
