Minimum Requirements • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA., • Active Washington state license or licensure required to start the assignment., • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required., • Minimum relevant outpatient orthopedic experience: client prefers outpatient experience. Candidates with greater than 3 years of relevant outpatient experience may be considered Level 2., • Must not be a new graduate. First-time travelers are acceptable. PTA candidates are eligible for consideration., • Ability to work in an outpatient clinic environment serving outpatient orthopedic patients., • Must be within local/ travel classification parameters as defined by client (local considered 50 miles or less from candidate address to clinic)., • OT (overtime) must be approved by director prior to working. Assignment Details • Facility Type: Outpatient clinic., • Shift Name: Days., • Shift Type: 8-hour day shifts with a 36-hour guarantee and expectation to work up to 40 hours., • Patient Population: Outpatient orthopedics., • Float Requirement: No floating to other clinics., • Travel Team Option: Not available for this clinic or neighboring clinics.
